for a chibi in the style above. (chibi's do not have to be standing facing forward. I will have examples soon.)
For each extra chibi is +$1.50 or 150
Blinking animation (or other minor animations) + $1.00 / 100

if the title says open. And once you let me know what you want, I'll keep note of it, once I'm done the sketch, I'll show you, and fix anything that needs fixing. If you're happy with it, can pay then (USD ONLY) If you're paying in points. You pay when the drawing is completed.
